Alright

While I was there, very slow with repairs. Almost three week with plumbing problems, from upstairs apt. When I left, clean inspections, except when pipes in bathroom burst and the owner, which he said he was, had to come out and he was highly upset to stop leak, which left carpet soaked and they bought out two big fans to dry water soaked carpet. Lied to not return deposit, but thank God I had proof and they returned it. I hope that they are better with maintenance and up keep of buildings. ... Okay because of lay out with me being on bottom floor.
