Horrible Management
When we first moved in it was wonderful, never had any issues to begin with but as the year continued we had property managers come in and out of the office, didn’t have a maintenance guy for a few months and the emergency number for maintenance didn’t work. We put in a 30 day notice for moving out and all of a sudden we had to stay an extra month because our lease somehow changed to a 60 day notice. Our living room flooded and it never got dealt with, the property manager came in and took... pictures and that was about it. She had carpet guys come in and just put fans and a dehumidifier inside the living room. I asked the guys about the mold under the carpet and they didn’t say anything about it so we lived in mold basically. We left and stayed at our new place but before we left we knew we locked everything up and one day we came back to pick up the rest of our stuff, whoever our property manager hired to clean or fix stuff robbed most of our belongings and she still isn’t doing anything about it. She still charged us for the month of August and we don’t even live there anymore plus still didn’t receive our deposit. I recommend not living here because if you have a problem or you get robbed or etc management will not do anything about it and I almost considered suing because of the charges and not receiving anything.

Your review has been heard. We truly apologize for the inconveniences and continued issues during your residency. Per your lease that was signed, a 60 day notice is required which was not provided. Pertaining to the water intrusion, this was... handled to the best of our ability given the circumstances the storm caused throughout the community. The items that seemed to go missing was investigated. There is a witness verifying nothing was taken other than trash left. It was found that the vendors had not come in until keys were turned into the office. I wish you and yours the best with your new home. If you chose to rent again, I strongly encourage you to read your lease and communicate with your office staff. Thank you for your residency and the constructive criticism
