One-of-a-Kind
I was a tenant in the Flatiron for two years and it is hands-down the best apartment I've ever lived in. The building itself is unlike any other building in Omaha. The beautiful historical elements (like the spiral staircase and brick walls) have been preserved while adding modern amenities (new kitchen appliances and in-unit washer/dryer). The property management was extremely responsive and would handle any and all maintenance issues quickly. As a dog owner, it was nice seeing so many other... pets in the building. The neighborhood gets quiet after the work crowd leaves around 5 pm, but Orpheum shows and the dinner crowd at the Flatiron ensure it never feels unsafe. I would move back in a heartbeat.
