Vestara is a wonderful community. The management is professional and very helpful. They have an excellent maintenance team. I love the amenities and it so quiet here that it doesn't feel like you have people living on either side of you.

Vestara 72 is very nice community! The neighbors are very nice and friendly. The amenities are great! I love the pool, can’t wait till it is open again! The gym is pretty top notch as well! The staff is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Would recommend to anyone!

The Vestara 72 team have been welcoming, helpful, and attentive to needs when we moved in. They’re quick to respond. Although there are some concerns, they’ve addressed them in a timely manner. Great area.

Vestara 72 has been amazing so far!! The community is so nice and inviting and the amenities are the best. The team is amazing and so easy to work with along with quick to get things done! We love how modern and well kept everything is

I’m still a little annoyed in how long we were unable to access the gym. I’m glad it is finally back in operation but paying full price on amenities that we had no access to doesn’t sit right with me. Also, it’s ridiculously cold at the bottom of my stairway, entry to the apartment. I wonder how much energy wasted heating the place is from the entryway chill. The front door was redone but somehow the cold is still getting in. The snow removal from the recent storm was pretty good though.
I’d... rate maybe 3.5 but this thing doesn’t do fractions, so 3 it is. Nothing that makes living here miserable, but nothing exceptional to justify the total cost.
