Eagle Rock Apartments at Nashua

I had reached out inquiring about an apartment that was listed as available. after applying they reached out stating that the apartment isn't available until many months later. Seeing as I would not be able to live there and this was within 24 hours of submitting the application I asked if there's any way to get a refund seeing as there was no need to run a credit or background check. And I've never heard back. Pretty disappointing...

Ever since they changed to eagle rock… I’ve had nothing but good things to say. The management is extremely helpful and understanding. They’re improving the property and paying attention to the details. Every time I’ve had an issue I was able to reach out and have my issue resolved immediately. As a resident, it’s reassuring when you have a management team like that. Always willing to go out of their way to help you out. Eagle Rock is awesome!!

Since the change in management from Stabile to Eagle Rock I have noticed our issues are addressed the same day and the property is changing for the better. Management staff are very professional, friendly, and caring. I have seen bad reviews about the property but I do not agree 100%. I recommend Eagle Rock to anyone in search of an apartment home.

If you want to deal with management and a leasing office that ignores you and doesn’t help you when you ask then this is the place. They are so rude and don’t know how to do their jobs! Can’t wait to leave this place!!!

Has attempted to contact management about issues serval times with no answer, appliances not in great condition, air conditioning not good at all, not worth the money
