Guests enjoy full access to the entire apartment along with all the amenities the building has to offer. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and is collected separately. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, but no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are permitted. Dogs only. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day.
