Mediterranean Towers North & South Apartamentos

First, there are two towers, independent from each other. The North Tower is a Co-op and receives good reviews on various websites for their building and management. This review sharing my personal experience is for the SOUTH tower which is a Condo. There is so much invasive deafening construction happening in the building, it created an open hole in the concrete ceiling to the unit above. I was sitting 5 feet away from concrete chunks which fell from the ceiling. Management did not contact... me ONCE but they ran up to check the unit with the construction occurring. When I contacted them, I was told it was an "unfortunate circumstance" and "nothing we can do". The entire Board resigned a few months ago due to the mounting issues with the aging building, such as the multi-million dollar project to replace the 50 year old heating system. When concrete falls from the ceiling due to a simple "kitchen remodel" upstairs and critical building maintenance issues like the heating system which were never addressed, I am concerned for the safety of residents in this building.
