913 Garden St Apartamentos

My unit is the 4L (fourth floor, left side) apartment in the building. Aside form the the robust walk-up the place is beautiful! Exposed brick throughout alongside the wall opposite the entrance, and combined with the recently updated stainless kitchen and appliances, well this makes all my friends think I am much more well off than I am. The layout is long and skinny, a classic railroad-style apartment layout with bedrooms at opposite ends of the building. Upon moving in my mates and I were... settled and had that homey feeling within just a few days. Great natural lighting stretches throughout the apartment and for the Hoboken area, you are not going to find this amount of space...let alone a 2 bathroom unit!
Just about 1.1 miles away from the PATH train station the walk takes 15-17 minutes depending and is the best way to start my morning each day. The walk down Garden street covers about 4 schools, so the trip is made easier by aiding crossing guards and parents blocking off traffic while dropping children off to school.
Lastly, this area is in the part of Hoboken removed from the downtown bustle near the noisy bars and train station--what I like to call the "cool area" with a few bars withing 0.1 miles on Park and Willow there is always something to do. Furthermore, for those movie-buffs, the BowTie theater is a 7 minute walk away. I can leave my apartment right at the time of a scheduled movie start and make it right on time to see the end of the previews, its almost too perfect how well that timing works out. Best of luck to all of those on the hunt for their next apartment, the struggle to find that perfect place is REAL. That being said, 913 Garden apartment 4L is not too far off!
