VINE Apartamentos

Relatively new resident to VINE and we're loving it so far! The staff are all attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The various smaller features/amenities provide little boosts to quality of life, including the butterfly entrance app, package concierge, parking garage app, and especially the path station shuttle. The amenities themselves (terrace, pool, grills, gym, etc.) are also very nice. Although I do wish the gym had a few more items, like an ERG, pull up bar, or a single barbell. Maybe... in the future, they'll install a Tonal system or something. The units themselves are lovely, with the views being the signature feature. I especially enjoy the size and layout of the kitchen and the higher ceilings. As a loud talker however, I do wish the partition walls were built with a bit more effort towards acoustic dampening. All in all, I would happily recommend this building to a friend or colleague. Lee mas

The apartments are nice and feature large windows, which provide ample natural light. However, the windows have poor insulation, resulting in significant heat loss and requiring constant heating throughout the winter months. Additionally, the maintenance services are inadequate, and management does not appear to take complaints seriously.

I genuinely enjoy living at the vine! The environment is welcoming and well-maintained, with friendly neighbors who contribute to a pleasant community feel. The amenities are excellent, making everyday life more convenient and enjoyable. I appreciate the thoughtful design of the shared spaces. The management team is responsive and attentive, ensuring that any issues are quickly addressed and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout the building. The location is another... huge plus, as it's close to essential services and public transportation, making it easy to access everything I need. Overall, living here has been a positive experience, providing both comfort and convenience in a vibrant, supportive setting that truly feels like home. Lee mas
