Union Square Apartments

I visit my son and the apartment is okay but they have bedroom door for a front door. I am going to have some one from my office to inspect this building, I love the area but the maintenance in the building is no good they lie about fixing things and want to charge u but they don't come and work inside ur place.

I moved her in December 2019. I had several remodeled apartments to choose from. The one bedrooms are huge . I see they're making many improvements to the building starting with remodeling the apartments. I met the landlord who told me he bought the building back in 2018 and has been working on it since. The work on these apartmens are impressive and makes me willing to weather the few retractions. The super is very nice and delivers concierge services.
All in all, I think I made a wise choice... moving here. Lee mas

Stay awayyy!!!!!! The landlord doesn’t care about the tenant, Rats are everywhere and bed bugs, i lived here for 6 months and at first they came to my apartment to spray the bugs, then one night i woke up with my skin in hives from bite marks. Stay away

This building is poorly maintained even the elevator breaks down with people in it at times. There are rats the size of cats. The super is useless. The management doesn't care about anything but that the rent is paid and will move anyone in off the streets as long as they can come up with the deposit. The walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors does even sneeze. There's hardly any heat during the cold winter months. There's roaches everywhere in the apartments. They... will set up for exterminators to spray but wont pay the bill so they will stop coming after a while. My bathroom ceiling caved in 7 times but it will take them months to repair. They are bedbugs on the fifth floor. Lee mas
