Colletti Terrace Apartments

Multiple tenants have had issues with roaches regardless of how clean they keep the apartments. Management needs to get exterminators into EVERY unit to actually solve the issue but they just show up randomly without notice and you’ll only get service if you’re lucky enough to be home during their visit. And they keep raising the rent which is comical considering how they operate this place. No electric outlets in bathroom and minimal natural light in living room area. Renovations are done... awfully, messy caulking/sealing leads to moisture getting inside, creates mold and bad air quality. Lee mas

Some apartments have been renovated, but very poorly. Unfinished tiles, haphazard cabinets and shower. Not properly insulated windows creating mold. As well as painted bathtubs with painted over mold. Other tenants have police called on them constantly. As well as broken down vehicles sit in the front parking lots for months. The main office is incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone. And when there is maintenance it is very last minute, and mostly quick sloppy work if word is needed.... When you complain of mold they give you a spray from any grocery store and no other help. I would not recommend this complex to others, regardless of new “management” it seems it’s every man for themselves here. We had a tenant die in their home and were unfound for days in their hoarder style apartment. It was a tragedy that then brought upon random inspections with very little heads up because the code enforcers then started to force management to be more diligent. Ive lived here for 5 and a half years. They are on their 3rd ownership and it gets worse every time. My apartment has been infested with mice. I constantly clean and continue to have droppings. Everything in my apartment is old and when i request an update im told I have to move out first. This is no place to have a family. It is unsanitary and disgusting!! Buildings are old and moldy.

I saw this apartment and instantly felt at home. The fact that it is totally renovated and spacious sold me. Plenty of closet space as well. Stainless steel appliances are a complete bonus.
Looks like I will be living here for a long time. Super Happy with the leasing agent Carmen such a sweetheart answered all my questions and concerns.

If I can rate this more than 5 stars I would. Let me start by saying I moved here in September of 2019. The apartments are beautifully renovated , and very clean. The leasing agent Carmen was very professional and very helpful! She answered all of my questions and helped me every step . She was great ! I love it here .
