Management is Horrible
The office staff is completely non-responsive. Noone responds to emails or returns voicemails. They barely answer the phone.
The pool is closed on random days with no notice to residents. The hot tub has been broken for over a week with no notice to residents about when it will be repaired. I would not consider the experience to be "luxury." I would advise people to look into other Woodmont properties that are not managed by AION.
