This building is a few blocks from Seven Presidents Park beach and a short distance to Pier Village! These 1BR units are on 1st and 2nd floors and they all feature spacious living rooms, white quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a custom... tiled bathroom with glass enclosed shower, central heat and A/C, on-site laundry and more! All of theses apartments are strictly non-smoking, applicants must have good income and credit. Most of these apartments are ready to be moved into ASAP. Our applications are $100 and non-refundable. All of our applicants must meet our 35% rent to income ratio. Basically, you have to make a certain amount per year to what the rent is per month. Your company must be based in NJ, If not you will have to sign up for our RHINO insurance policy. We use the RHINO policy as an additional financial backstop needed to approve your application. This is a monthly insurance policy payment agreed upon by three parties, RentJerseyShore, the tenant, and RHINO. The way we use the RHINO policy amount is based off of your application, like having out of state employment, credit score and or income deficiencies, larger or multiple pets, etc. Rhino protects the unit against things like unpaid rent or damages to the apartment. We allow cats and small-medium sized dogs. We also have a 2 pet max and a pet fee. We require a 670 credit score per applicant. If you do not meet the income and credit score requirements, an in-state co-signer is needed and in some cases RHINO as well.
