Stratford Apartments

As of now I have no problems with the building. Ashley was my leasing agent and she was an amazing help on my transition to moving to VA. The apartment that I rented was very spacious with a nice view. There was also a nice gym and several elevators. Overall, had a great experience!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a property at Stratford Apartments (i had to move becasue of work relocation), and I can't emphasize enough how truly remarkable this experience has been. From the moment I signed the lease, it was evident that I had made an excellent choice, and much of that credit goes to Ben, the property manager.

First and foremost, the properties at Stratford Apartments are outstanding for long-term rental. These well-maintained apartments offer the perfect blend of... comfort and convenience. With spacious layouts, modern amenities, and a serene atmosphere, it truly feels like home. The attention to detail in every aspect of these apartments is evident, making daily living an absolute pleasure.

What truly sets Stratford Apartments apart, however, is the exceptional level of service provided by their dedicated staff, with Ben leading the way. Ben has been an incredible asset throughout my tenancy. More than just a manager, he's a true advocate for residents. From ensuring that the move-in process was smooth and stress-free to promptly addressing any maintenance or service requests, they have consistently gone above and beyond.

We loved living an amazing 6 years at Stratford Apartments! Great management and maintenance! Very cosy apartment with no issues whatsoever! Clean,safe and friendly neighborhood! It was perfect for my family and we are so happy that we chose to live there. We bought a new home now and that is the only reason we moved out! A big thank you to Ben the manager and Maria the office secretary for always being so helpful and communicative! And thank you to the maintenance workers for always tending to... things usually that same exact day! We will truly miss living here and we highly recommend Stratford Apartments to anyone looking for a great family orientated place to live at! How do I love thee, Stratford? Let me count the ways: Located on Rt. 9 at Fairway Lane right behind the greatest little strip mall with ShopRite, Palumbo's Pizza, Chinese/Japanese restaurant, nail salon, hair salon, bagel joint and liquor store! With a NJ Transit bus stop at Fairway Lane and numerous taxis in the parking lot; not only can you walk to shopping, if it came down to it: you don't really need a car!

The office staff and maintenance crew are WONDERFUL. Snow? It gets cleared.... Landscaping? Upkept and nice. We recently got new sliding glass doors that open to the 2nd floor balconies, and our decks were power washed and sealed. If you have a maintenance issue, the guys are very quick to respond, and Maria in the office is a gem.

Stratford is an older brick complex, so it's solid and wasn't slapped up yesterday. I've been here six years in a 2-bedroom and have no plans to leave. It's the perfect size and could not be more convenient. And cats are allowed! Lee mas
