Somerdale Manor Apartamentos

I give this apartment complex a 3 because I've lived here since 2018 and its 2021. The location is nice but its on the white horse pike you hear everything. Then maintenance gotten better there nice they will try and get to you when its needed. The leasing manager left in December of 2020. She was very nice at times.
I don't like it here because this neighbor of mine downstairs wakes me up daily at 2am-5am every morning with her tv or radio. 2 since I lived here mice coming out of vents or oven... or cabinets and still they don't really know the problem. I had to buy mouse traps and caught a few and told the leasing lady she said ok. Tried to help when she could. The walls are very thin here so I can hear the ladies conversation early in the morning or at night.
Im not happy here but love the location its great! Senior people don't need a surround sound tv if your in a apartment it gets to be loud and you wake neighbors up because walls are very very thin. But it was good for a first apartment with Rodents so now I know. Location is great and they keep the outside looking nice and up to date. Lee mas

This place is like living in HELL. You cannot get any rest as the flooring upstairs squeaks and echoed and the slightest movements as if you are living in a war zone.
They rented the place to the worst of the worst in reference to noise levels. Kids are allowed to run and play inside worst than animals.
If you want quietness or cannot sleep in the constant noise, please know that you won't be getting even a 5 minutes sleep.

This is far the worst place I have lived in the apartment I live in is falling apart my tub and sink all the paint is coming off..I have a constant leak in my kitchen,..my ceiling in bedroom look like it was patch with a ton of paint....look awful....its only one air conditioner to cool off the whole apartment.....the worst ...then they want to charge you 10% of your rent for late fee and if the 5th fall on a Friday rent have to be in before office close or they charge you a late fee.....never... ever give you a break....I will never recommend anyone to move here...need new management and a better maintenance man....lazy..... I have been living here for the past few years and I must say this is he worst place I have ever been in...the staff is horrible and they only help who they wan to help....maintanence don't do anything at all im still sitting here with the tub coming off the wall... the apartments don't have much in them its not worth the price at all.....they charge you 10% of your rent if your late we all have money issues sometimes but they don't give you a break.....I'm moving out of here and going into a... place worth the price.......if you want your moneys worth DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
