Brookview Terrace Condominiums

Have lived here awhile now looking to get out. Place is dirty, laundry room filthy, dogs barking all night and too many undesirables. Maintenance guy sucks..worst we ever had.....constant major plumbing problems. Used to be nice steadily going downhill with terrible, uninvolved management company who threatens to tow cars and fine people for everything.

If you are looking for a low-budget apartment, but in a safe & quiet town, then Brookview Terrace is for you. Now, by low-budget I mean the buildings are very old, outdated, and kind of dirty. However, it is under new management who are trying to make improvements to things such as the parking lot and overall aesthetics of the community. The apartments are individually owned by a third party, so each unit is different in terms of decor, cleanliness, and updates.

The people in the community are... very nice and courteous. You sometimes see the occasional crack head roaming around, but they are harmless and stay out of your way. I've never felt in danger walking around at night. You also have families and a lot of young professionals (late 20's early 30's).

The location is perfect. Walking distance to strip mall with Pizza, chinese food, Krausers, Salons, and a restaurant. Also walking distance to the local bar, shoprite, and liquor store.

I've been living here for over two years, and although I'm not thrilled about the apartments, it is a great place for the price. Lee mas
