Manley Court Apartamentos

This is a peaceful place to live and the community is friendly. It's close to the city and lots of great restaurants in Summit downtown.

I had a very good experience with Manley Court. Maintenance repairs were very timely, and Chris was great. Sheila and Jennifer were very easy to work with in regards to administrative matters and always responded quickly. The apartment was very spacious and clean when I moved in.

Management renewed the lease of the townhome tenant who stinks up the entire complex with a mixed smell of headshop incense and pot. The row of townhomes and entire courtyard are affected.

Management allows some tenants to monitor the common space with their “security” cameras (townhomes are all affected). They also encourage tenants to tell on one another. Walls are so thin that marijuana smell comes into neighboring apartments.

I moved in the community a few months ago. So far it exceeds my expectations. I love love my renovated apartment with in unit w/d. The location couldn’t be better. The staff/management is so nice and responsive. Highly recommend to others.
