Not worth what they're charging
I've lived here for three years and when they changed ownership, things went downhill so quickly. They didn't hire "security" until a month ago, and it's a car that drives around a few times at night. Repairs take forever and multiple tickets sometimes. Our front door was busted for three months (allowing anyone into the building) before I withheld rent until they fixed it. But if you plan on parking in your own home on the weekends, good luck because the towing company doesn't like picking up... jobs nights and are completely unavailable on the weekends, so anyone can park in our resident only spaces. And with rent going up a minimum of 8-15% each year no matter what, you'll be priced out of there in a few years. Save your money and live somewhere else.
