Juan, Bobby, Dawn

Juan and Bobby are wonderful, hard workers. They help me with any problems that happens in my apartment. They do not slack off. They are great people! I am very grateful and blessed. Dawn is the front desk associate. She is such a sweet heart. She has helped me with everything from getting an apartment to keeping the records updated. I really appreciate all of them! If we can keep Bobby and Juan I really appreciate that. perhaps they should get paid for what they are worth. They both add a lot... of value to the apartment complex.

I would just like to say Thank You to Dawn at Arroyo Callas Apts. For Always being so helpful, polite and caring, She's great !!! Also the the maintenance man with the long hair I believe his name is Frank , well has been very helpful and prompt ready to fix any maintenance issues !!! Thanks Guys and God Bless !!!

Up keep of complex falls short

The Arroyo Villas Apartments are no place to live. I moved in 4 months ago and have put in work orders for faulty electrical plugs, ant infestation, continuous AC breaking down and the vertical blinds broken. The electrical plugs, ant infestation and vertical blinds still have not been taken care of. There is always debris around the apartment complex due to maintenance/tenants being lazy and not wanting to pick it up and keep it clean.

Tenants are suppose to pick up after their dogs do... their business and eight out of ten times they do not and the waste cylinder of course is right in front of my apartment. I have had to call the front office to have the maintenance crew to come and empty it and it will take them a few days to do it after I have made the initial call.
