I love the layout and floor plan here. It’s why my sister and I moved back and considered it an option for us for the next year until we got back on our feet and it’s something we could afford split between the two of us. But the management, the overall care from this place is terrible. When we come to you for a problem or an issue regarding the apartment or a billing issue and we have proof of something, and you continue to tell us, oh well it’s not your problem, it’s unprofessional and... uncaring as a management and from leaders. Things are very misleading here. Being told we’re moving into a fully renovated apartment and we couldn’t see it until they “cleaned” it and that’s after we signed the lease, but yet half the apartment wasn’t renovated. One bathroom wasn’t rennovated, half the kitchen wasn’t renovated. We were looking forward to the large sink we saw in the tour. The pictures online of the apartments are very misleading. That’s not what they look like once you sign your lease and look inside the apartment you’re going to get. If you’re leasing out an apartment to someone new, you need to fix things like the drawers that don’t push in and out in the kitchen, the floors if they’re scratched and torn up, the blinds if they’re damaged, the washer and dryers if they do not work correctly, the kitchen cabinets if they’re damaged or missing pins for shelves. I’m just disappointed in the lack of empathy and work for this place. It could be really good for people if management cared and put in work to make it nice because the floor plans and space in these apartments are so nicely laid out.
