Monthly rents at Flamingo Pines start at $1,091 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment and $1,297 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least $2,455for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit and $2,919 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit – income restrictions do apply. A one-person household must not exceed $55,100 gross annual income, and a two-person household must not exceed $63,000 gross annual income.
