ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & DECEPTIVE
When I viewed the property I told them specifically which unit I was interested in. They showed me a different unit stating the unit I wanted was unavailable to view at that time. I loved the unit they showed so I started the process to apply/move it. That’s when it all went left. It took 6 days to get “approved” and through out the process I worked with Alexis. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! She never replied to any email I sent. I would have to call to get her on the phone. When I finally contacted... her and asked for updates, she would state that she emailed things but when asked if she used to phone number the answer was always, “No”. Promised a call back on Friday and had to call her at 515pm and they close at 6p. She scheduled an appointment for me to view the actual unit. When I showed up, she wasn’t there and hadn’t notified anyone that I would be coming. When I finally saw the actual unit it was NOTHING like what they originally showed me. Completely unrevovated. No where are there pics of these units that aren’t renovated and NOT ONCE was I told that the unit I was renting looked nothing like the one I was shown. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECEPTIVE! When I went to the office to get my refund, the property manager didn’t even come out of the back to say sorry or provide an explanation. They also are violating HIPPA laws by asking people the nature of their disability.
Guess the only good thing is they are returning my $300 Admin fee and the last lady I worked with was extremely helpful, pleasant and understanding. I urned down $500 off move in fees and 1 month of free rent. That should say all you need to know. DONT BE TRICKED BY THIS PROPERTY!
