Sky Court Harbors at The Lakes Apartamentos

This place charges you for everything they are legally required to do (paint, carpet cleaning). The office on site doesn't handle almost anything, everything is done through a corporate office in San Diego and they are unreachable. When you move out, they will make sure you don't get your security deposit and will find ways to make you pay as much as they can, regardless of how you leave the place. The apartment itself has cops in it on nearly a weekly basis and someone was killed a couple of... weeks ago. Lee mas

I have lived here for 1.5 years and can’t wait to leave. The manager prior to new management were nice and understanding but the new management supposedly lost my lease and would not contact old company they used for it and discussed without me in conversation that I needed to be charged month to month which would be 200 more dollars than I was paying. If I had not gone in the office regarding what the new year cost would be I would have been broke and on the street after that. On 2/9/2019 my vehicle was stolen at 6:30 am. The property manager and team did not care and were not empathetic whatsoever. They did very little to help me, they didn’t even want to change my locks that same day. They told me I would have to wait 3 days for my locks to be changed, knowing whoever stole my vehicle had my keys and all my personal information. They are very rude here. Property is disgusting and dirty. Do not move here. You can definitely find something else worth the money and who... actually care about their residents. Lee mas

This place is absolutely awful. If you’re looking to move here, DO NOT. On 02/09/19 my vehicle was stolen off property at 6:30 am and they did not care or do anything to help. They wouldn’t even change my locks until two days later, knowing the person who stole my vehicle had my house keys. I’ve spoke to the women in the office and they are all rude, Victoria gave me the wrong number to corporate. I’ve tried contacting corporate and they have not gotten back to me. The only person who was sweet... and genuine is Brittney, the receptionist when you call corporate. I feel so unsafe living here. When I brought it to their attention, they told me it was their belongings so it wasn’t their concern and I should probably call the police, as if I didn’t already. There are so many other places to move to, please do not even consider sky court harbor. Move someplace that actually cares about their residents. Lee mas

i been living in this complex since 2009 is a nice place to live the office staff are great Ashley , caroline and Dj i can not be more happy if you are looking to move to summerlin you should move to sky court harbors you will love it luciano ramos.
