Update
I feel it necessary to warn anyone who is looking at living here, please look elsewhere. Since the AC issue was finally resolved, things continue to breakdown. As you can see from the reply, Pinehurst Management reached out to me 2 days ago on 9/28/22. On 8/23/22 the light in our kitchen quit working, it was not an issue with the bulb, it was the ballast. That is when we placed our first maintenance request. We placed three additional requests, leading up to today 9/30/22 when the issue was... finally resolved. We had no light in our kitchen for just over a month. In our 3 years at Pinehurst we have never once been late on a payment. Is this loyalty appreciated? The attitude of management shows it is not. If you are working hard for your money and diligent about paying your bills, the least anyone could do is show you some customer service. We are leaving to a new home very shortly. When new management took over they put a 60 day leave notice into effect. Given all that we have been through we asked if an exception to this could be made, allow us to leave 30 days early with no penalties. They said this is not possible. It was naive on our part to think management would show kindness after they reached out to us about our negative review... It appears they have no desire to make things right.
