I have lived at The Layne, formerly the Palms at Peccolle Ranch, for five years, and this property management team is the best we've ever had. When Ms. Dee and her team arrived, they faced many challenges from the prior management but have made remarkable improvements.

The staff is always eager to help and has worked hard to foster a true sense of community. They organize monthly socials, partner with local food trucks, and encourage donations. They've also introduced a user-friendly app that... helps residents build credit.

The community is great, neighbors are friendly and respectful, the staff is helpful and the maintenance team always helps in a timely manner and are communicative.

Love this property for its location along Charleston and Hualapi… lots of local shopping and restaurants near downtown Summerlin. The apartments have larger windows that allow lots of natural light and are situated along Peccole Ranch walking paths so lots of green space nearby and the pool and weight room are very nice. Office Staff and maintenance team are super friendly too.

I came for a tour the property looked really nice and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable thank you!!
