Management does not respond
I have lived here 2 months. They make you use an app to pay your rent as a requirement. Two months in a row, rent is a negative amount. The manager has no idea what to do. She has aske me to send an image of the rental invoice last month, she has responded to my emails. She has had more than adequate time to reply. The office closes for more than an hour at a time. Residents, like myself are waiting to pay rent. The lady that helped with my move in was very unprofessional and was talking down to... a potential renter. Don't listen to their promises - the lady lied to me to come down and ignored the move in special she saw online a well! We were looking at the same website! Then she goes to help show is the place, lights up a cigarette like we're casually forgetting not everyone likes smoke. FYI the air conditioner sounds like you're at the airport. Watch TV in your bedroom. That's the resolution. Still waiting for a pilot light for the stove and the handicap shower rail promised by the office. It isn't somewhere you to stay at long-term.
