Not renewing
Pathetic. Been here 6 months and still having issues.
I had to report my stove not working (didn’t get a new for 2 weeks), missing stick for blinds (weren’t fixed for a whole month), countertops are not granite (complete lie), appliances are OUTDATED, oversized tub (bumpy-still can’t use it without scratching my back up) window fell out (wasn’t fixed for at least 4 weeks). They don’t have enough dog stations but complain and send emails about it. The dog park they have is just dirt and rocks... (and I was told they were upgrading it) still hasn’t been UPGRADED! If I were you I would definitely not apply and go to the next apartment complex that is not under this property management company. The maintenance crew is experienced. Best thing they got goin is nice it gets GOING. AVOID THEM DO NOT APPLY
