Country Glenn Apartments

The grounds are kept as clean as possible- always well maintained. Maintenance is quick to take care of any issues that may happen. There USE to be a big issue with some adolescent children created problems around the building but the issues have been settled by building management and by the enforcement of our local law and the Erie County Sheriffs.
The apartments themselves are spacious. The management have made major upgrades in the 5 years that I have been here. All in all, I would recommend... this place to anyone. Lee mas

I've lived here for 2 years with my fiance and always payed my rent on time. My apartment was mediocre but the maintenance people at this place suck. I had a 1 bedroom and there is one heater to heat the entire unit a vent in the bedroom that doesn't even put out air at all so it's always warm in the living room kitchen and dining room until you get to the bedroom and bathroom and its freezing. And don't even get me started on the laundry room. 2 washers and 2 dryers for an entire building which... is 24 units. And then they have the audacity to charge you another 25 dollars to use the gym after office hours. Let me tell you something not so country glen a tenant should have the right to use the gym at all hours when they pay rent. It should be included in the rent. You raise the rent when signing a new lease the gym should be included. Anyways we start looking for a new place to move too a couple weeks ago cuz how hard it is to get a place and have to be put on a wait list. We get a call from the new place that a unit is opening up in June so my fiancé calls the office at Country Glen and whomever she talked to was rude and hung up on her. Like are you serious right now. You wanna treat a good paying tenant that way for asking a simple question then hang up on them. The office at this place better start thinking how they treat and talk to there tenants if they want any new ones. Lee mas

oh where do I begin with this place?
1. They have mold problems. 2. They have severe plumbing and flooding issues. The plowing and salting they do in winter is laughable. The washer dryer is broken half the time, they have inept maintenance people who don't know what they are doing because they are too cheap to hire real professional plumbers and carpenters to actually fix anything. Yet they jack up the price of your lease every year! The hallways always smell like smoke. Cops are frequently... called due to tenant domestic disputes. There is dog poop everywhere outside, and often bags of dog poop thrown randomly on the ground. When complaints are made due to poorly trained mainenance people -- causing a flood to burst into your apartment from the ceiling the tenant and their children come under attack for making the complaint. This is not a place for families. Our apartment had carpeting that had not been changed in over 12 years! It stunk -- from the carpeting. We We complained, nothing was ever done. We left mostly because the place did not feel safe, particularly the black mold seeping into the walls. Lee mas

Dog poop everywhere. You have pay extra 25 dollars a month to use workout machines after office closes! Appliances are from 1980s look and sound that way. Blinds on sliding doors constantly fall off brake. Paint job isn't best...leave paint drops everywhere. Just outdated with high rents. Go get a place more modern for same price!

I love my Apartment, its right near the woods.The people here are very friendly.The apartment staff are very helpfull, and maintenance staff are fantastic. Makes living here pleasant by allways being there when you need them. Living here is like being in a great family. The grounds are taken care of with expertise. When winter hits its like living in a wonderland.This location is so close to all the conveniences, yet surrounded by nature. I enjoy watching the birds, bunnies, and sometimes when... the deer come out to feed,I can sometime see them right under my porch.In conclusion,Country Glen is a pleasant place to live.
