perfect place to rent from! only a 100 dollar electric bill during the winter. nothing went wrong or broke! the landlord makes sure everything is all good when you move in and makes it so much easier. highly recommend living here!

I recently moved into these apartments and the owner and his employees are wonderful, they are extremely helpful. The apartments are very up to date and look new! They made the moving process very easy and they were very welcoming.

Good luck getting your security deposit back. Smelled like a dog kennel. Neighbor upstairs let his 2 dogs defecate all over , and he did as well. $300 heating bills in winter. Parking lot sucks. $880 a year extra for our 2 little cats. Paper thin walls, could hear word for word conversations, as well as Xbox shaking the walls until 3 am. Water was undrinkable, often had notes warning not to drink. Shady neighbors, whose pets relieved themselves right in front of the main door. To be tracked... into a little claustrophobic shoebox with 2 windows. Part of our electric was on the neighbors fuse panel. Property manager has not returned my calls in 4 months. Its been 2 months since we moved out and no security deposit, no return call. Even after 60 day notice, followed by 30 day notice. Icey nightmare walking to your car, car in the winter. I would strongly suggest not renting there. In fact if there was a negative 5 stars I would use it. Lee mas

This place is mice infested... No lights in the parking lot... Heavy chlorine to make the water acceptable...cops are there two or three times per week
