Ridgewood Apartments

First, I have to start with the fact I had a horrid experience in my last apartment. That location AND this location are now owned by the same new Management. Which I am extremely grateful for. While all apartments have rules they must abide by as well as the residents, I am very happy with this location. First, they have done and continue to do renovations. EVERY time Maintenance was needed, they came very close to the request for maintenance date and fixed EVERYTHING needed. I... also appreciate Michelle, Jay, and Dave very much. They listen to my concerns and do the right thing. I don't ask for ridiculous requests, but know my home is safe and in good working order. I am a very honest and transparent person so discussing anything of concern here is not sugar coated, but both are willing to hear me fully and take care of what is needed. You really can't ask for more. If approaching them with an open conversation and politeness as I expect in return, they are the same with me. I will state with my previous apartment that they bought out as well, and there were obvious issues and unsafe environment (not caused by me) they took care of me as they should have and I appreciate them for keeping my environment safe to live in. I have been here over 2 years and am happy. As with any complex you live in there will be little issues here and there but I feel very safe and comfortable here at Ridgewood. Eugene the maintenance man is wonderful. Respectful, efficient, knowledgeable. He is a one man operation for fixes and he does his absolute best to get requests done in a timely manner. I work overnights and he makes it work for me for which I am very grateful. Michele the landlady is very fair and understanding, has Quick... response to an issue and is to the point and truthful. Overall, the renovations to this place is good,. The lady who works in the management office is RUDE. She will belittle people who do not get accepted into this place. I called to see simply why I was denied on my application and the first thing she stated was "because your credit just isn't there" mind you I did not mention my credit, my name or anything of that nature. She ASSUMED off rip that it was my credit that got me denied. I think that is unfair to say since she didn't even know who she... was speaking too. The way she speaks to people should be evaluated. I wanted to keep this property in mind for when I am actually ready to move again but I am going to avoid this property because of this experience. There are plenty more properties in Syracuse/Liverpool area where I won't feel belittled! Lee mas

I was by your Ridgewood Apts last week for a tour, I am thinking of moving soon. When you first look at Ridgewood it looks run down, but once inside you can see work is being done. I looked at the 2BD with the woman in the office who was very sociable and knowledgeable. She also gave great ideas for the apartment and pointed out the things it had to offer. She also explained that once good weather arrives they will be fixing the outside. I am definitely going to see if I can afford the rent... once I get my raise. Ridgewood is definitely a place I would love to live . Lee mas

The apartment complex is one I hope to never leave. It is secure and safe! The office staff call you by name and are always able to assist! The floor plans are spacious and livable. The newly renovated apartments and common areas are luxurious. Communication is important and they are on it!
