Ridgewood Apartments

Since new management took over they have renovated apartments and they are beautiful. The maintenance staff is always very quick at responding and very professional.
The property manager made this process of moving for me very easy. She took the time to explain all details to me. Very personable staff. I will be recommending this property to anyone in search of an apartment.

I was at Ridgewood in December and a very knowledgeable woman gave me information because I am looking to move this spring. I stopped by the other day and no one was there. I also called and no answer . I ran into I believe a resident who seemed upset when I asked when someone would be in the office. They then informed me that they got rid of a good property manager to give it to a young girl who isn’t here half the time … probably to cut costs. After that experience I will not be renting with... Sierra Heights management. And I will let friends and family know about the level of customer service or the lack of. Lee mas

First, I have to start with the fact I had a horrid experience in my last apartment. That location AND this location are now owned by the same new Management. Which I am extremely grateful for. While all apartments have rules they must abide by as well as the residents, I am very happy with this location. First, they have done and continue to do renovations. EVERY time Maintenance was needed, they came very close to the request for maintenance date and fixed EVERYTHING needed. I... also appreciate Michelle, Jay, and Dave very much. They listen to my concerns and do the right thing. I don't ask for ridiculous requests, but know my home is safe and in good working order. I am a very honest and transparent person so discussing anything of concern here is not sugar coated, but both are willing to hear me fully and take care of what is needed. You really can't ask for more. If approaching them with an open conversation and politeness as I expect in return, they are the same with me. I will state with my previous apartment that they bought out as well, and there were obvious issues and unsafe environment (not caused by me) they took care of me as they should have and I appreciate them for keeping my environment safe to live in. I have been here over 2 years and am happy. As with any complex you live in there will be little issues here and there but I feel very safe and comfortable here at Ridgewood. Eugene the maintenance man is wonderful. Respectful, efficient, knowledgeable. He is a one man operation for fixes and he does his absolute best to get requests done in a timely manner. I work overnights and he makes it work for me for which I am very grateful. Michele the landlady is very fair and understanding, has Quick... response to an issue and is to the point and truthful.
