Very noisy
Regret moving here. The new ferry service behind the building is a living nightmare. The noise is unbearable on some of the ferries. If you’re looking for peace and quiet on Sunday morning good luck. Budget some anger management and therapy if you’re planning to move here. Otherwise the building is relatively new and well maintained.

JJ Apartment
The price is not cheap but more affordable than Manhattan and you get a fabulous view of the UN, Empire State and Chrysler Building. Right next to the park and the river in a burgeoning neighborhood. Great building with a wonderful and friendly staff. Brand new building with excellent amenities.
