2 Cooper Square Apartamentos

The pros of 2 Cooper are a great location, a beautiful rooftop, a decent free gym, and very friendly and helpful doormen. The main con in my experience is the building management. They will nickel and dime you every chance they get. This is the only building I have ever lived in that took part of my security deposit, and they did it without justification.

The rental agents also straight-up lied to me on multiple accounts. Most blatantly, I asked upfront if the building ever had any cockroach... problems. They told me no resident had ever reported seeing cockroaches. After moving in, I saw a few cockroaches one night and spoke to the doorman about it. It turns out that a lot of residents had occasional roach problems. It was a known issue among the building management, but the rental agents lied about it to get a commission. Lee mas
