If you want to continue to sleep and want to live on a building which the property manager and super respects you, this building is not for you! It's a party building where management thinks it is normal to have party lasting until noon, yup noon! Go figure what boosts people to have the energy to party all night long and until noon, right? But management thinks they are above contract clauses and is ok to disrespect you, who is paying rent!

37 Wall is a great building laced with amenities and neighborhood convenience. Unlike other NYC high-rises, use of the gym and other amenities are included in the price of rent. The location is next to just about every subway line, and the street has no car access which is great because you don't hear horns!

The apartment has modern appliances, good lighting, and the maintenance staff is incredibly reliable. I do like my studio space.

My only complaint of the building is that they host... residency for a local boarding high school of international students. This can be frustrating to ride elevators and wait on generally packs of teenagers. I would not recommend an apartment on floors 4-6. Lee mas

FiDi residential is booming. My wife and I moved here to get away from the silliness of Williamsburg last summer and have loved living in this neighborhood. This building in particular is right in the heart of Wall Street and with that comes some busy times, but generally it feels historic and quiet.

As for the building itself, it is almost an amazing luxury apartment. Some of the finishes in the apartment and throughout the building are cheap. But, the value for square footage in this area... is pretty good. And the fact that every apartment has at least one walk-in closet it awesome.

One real down side to note about the building... They rent three floors to a local prep school. So 9 months out of the year, the elevators are bogged down with lazy kids hopping up and down a single floor. Must be a nice dorm for them, but it takes away from the high priced luxury apartment feel.

All said, I have another year on my lease and plan to renew for another two when its up. The location is great with three major subway lines within a block and a half of the front door. Lee mas

Recently moved into this apartment and LOVE IT! High ceilings, oversized windows, off set bathroom-perfect layout for a studio home! When you go home and shut your door its hard to believe how calm and peaceful it is in a busy city that never sleeps. Building staff is friendly and helpful and commuting is easy no matter where it is you want to go. Highly recommend this building-dont plan on moving anytime soon.
