Northside Village Apartamentos

The property managers are different every couple months and when you can get a hold of someone, they are very rude. You can hear your neighbors phone on vibrate through the walls and hear them clear as day. They put no care into building these apartments. They were built very cheap. The parking is so few you can never park in front of your own home. The only positive about this complex is that it looks cosmetically nice.

I was born in Schenectady. At Ellis Hospital. I graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School class of 1991. Schenectady has been my home and I love Schenectady. I love the northeast and the changing of the season. Northside Village just gave me a reason not to move to Florida!!! I love my apartment home. I have the sweetest neighbors. It's where I plan to stay and retire. I'm 50 years old and disabled and I feel safe because there's plenty of lighting and i know that I'm being looked after. A special... thank yo to Alexa who has helped me to stay here when I thought I had to leave. Thank you Pennrose, and Schenectady County Municiple Housing for coming together. Im content and at peace.
