Bay Pines Apartments

We heard nothing but good things about these apartments. We heard how quiet, how well constructed they were, so in November we moved into our apartment. We became disappointed quickly. Come to find out the group of apartments that we are in wee build by a different builder, these are not constructed very well, and the walls are paper thin! To make matters worse we live under the most inconsiderate people! Their 2 year old is allowed to stay up well past 10 pm. she jumps, non stop. They play... their music very loud past 10 at night. If you are considering moving here, make sure you take an apartment in the old section! Also, there is nothing for children here. Lee mas

This is a perfect apartment community to live in that it is close to major expressways and great shopping. It's light and airy, no white walls here. The neutral walls and flooring make for great decorating possibilities. The open kitchen/living rm floor plan allows you to be w/guests-family while preparing meals. The apartments are large, over 1100 sq. ft. and have great storage. The additional pantry/laundry room is great for storage. The office staff make you feel like you truly matter... and are very helpful when something needs to be repaired. The 2-bdrms/2-baths is great for overnight guests or children. The first floor apartments are wonderful for the handicapped tenants because you don't have to climb any stairs just roll right in. The doorways and halls are all handicap accessible. You even have a handicapped accessible shower w/handle bars. Love the central air. The furnace and hot water tank are in your apt. so you control your usage. You pay for your own utilities but the combined bills even in winter were less that $90/mo. Free basic cable is also a plus. Yes, you can hear your neighbors occasionally but that's apartment living. You park right in front of your own apartment. The common areas are very well maintained and snow is plowed early in the am before leaving for work. Everyone that visits us wants to live her. It's an oasis from the hustle, we call it home and we love it. Lee mas

This has everything including good restaurants, shopping, and wonderful parks along the lake all within a mile. Bright well maintained buildings nestled within the trees. Most appealing in area. Staff exceptional. Apartment open, with large patio allowing myself and friends to enjoy being outside. No better place to live.
