Avon West Apartamentos

I've lived here for 6 years and it is a wonderful place to live. It is quiet and well maintained. It's affordable for the nice apartment that you get and it's fairly close to where I work. I don't have to leave to do my laundry but just walk down the hall and there is storage space available right in the basement. The location is great in the nice community of Avon Lake and is close to all the shopping that I need and nice parks. The owner has always been kind and professional. For the... most part, the neighbors I have in the building are great and/or keep to themselves. I wouldn't want to live by just anyone :-) Lee mas

I've lived at Avon West for 6 years now and am very happy here. It's a lovely place to live in a good location with affordable rent. I am close to my place of employment and several nice parks in a community I love. My neices and nephews living nearby is a plus. They attend some of the best schools. I love Avon Lake and feel safe all of the time. There is on-site laundry and plenty of parking. It's a wonderful, homey place to live. The owner has always been very professional with me :-) ... I'm happy to live in a place that I can afford that is nice and well maintained. Lee mas

This guy had the nerve to hang up on my and tell me he would call the police Insulted me when I said I can afford the rent. But because i live in a trailer i own mind you a 20 plus grand trailer he said I have to go and hang up on me I lived there years ago he is a u professional ow er he was then and is now and I will keep letting people know and I will be putting this on multiple websites higher ups wanna call me email me first showstopper2683@gmail.com
