Stacy in the office is so kind and quick to address any issues. Chris and Chase from maintenance are kind and prompt to complete any work orders or concerns tenants have. Overall, the team fosters and ensures a positive community for all residents.

The apartment manager , Stacy is phenomenal she cares about all the tenants and shows compassion. The maintenance crew are knowledgeable and very friendly . 5 stars !!!!?? ?? ?? ?? ??

Living at Woodland Heights has been a wonderful experience! The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I highly suggest this apartment to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live. I have lived here for 6 years now and the staff here currently have by far been the best! Thank you Stacy, Jenny, Chris and Chase!!! You guys are amazing!!

I have lived here since 2014 and experienced a few managers. I am pleased with our current team as they respond quickly and professionally. There are some updates that need done as these apartments are older, windows let a lot of cold air in during the winter.

Woodland Heights Apartments has been a lovely and welcoming community to live in after making the move to Chillicothe. The apartments are well-maintained, clean, pretty inside as well as outside, and highly affordable. The neighbors are good people, and the apartment management team are fantastic as well! This is the best experience I have had living in an apartment community.
Not only are management and maintenance kind, knowledgeable, and always helpful when responding to any questions or... sharing new information, they also do a great job making sure everything stays in good shape—from the parking lots, lawns, and outdoor lighting to everything inside each apartment. In the rare instance you might need to submit a maintenance request, they are fast. That is not the norm at other places, so I really want to highlight that.
This apartment community is located in a beautiful part of Chillicothe—there are many trees here and lots of open sky to see. It is close enough to main city roads to shop or travel conveniently, yet situated in a way that you won’t hear lots of noise or deal with much nearby traffic. There is a gorgeous park trail nearby, and Buzzard’s Roost is not too far away either.
My kids are grown up, but if they were little, they would have a sheltered bus stop available for them to stay out of the rain here. Not all of the communities have this yet, but Woodland Heights does. There are nice play areas near each group of buildings and there are good sidewalks. People walk their dogs and clean up after them here, and it’s a good place to go for walks without having to leave for someplace else if you just want to take a walk for your health.
There are several ways to pay rent here, and you also don’t have to sign a 12-month lease. If you’re moving here for work or other reasons, it will be a great place to start! The rent, location, property, and staff are the best you will find of any apartment communities.
