DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

If you want your car and apartment broken into and your car stolen this is the perfect place to move. For the amount of money we pay to live here the lack of security is crazy. There are no cameras and no senses of security when it come to your things and safety. When you complain absolutely nothing happens, no action and no type of accountability.I wish I could give this place negative stars. The apartments are extremely mediocre and the hot water tends to run out a lot. I wouldn’t recommend... living here to my worst enemy.

My resident experience at the Heritage has been awesome! I feel safe at this apartment and the location is the biggest draw for me. There are so many places to walk to & if not just a short drive away. Looking forward to another year!

The dog park is all gravel and ALWAYS covered in poop. There’s dog poop everywhere in general (need cameras to hold people responsible). The grills have been broken more often than not but that’s minor compared to how much poop is everywhere and the fact that no one picks up after their dog. The “dog park” is literally rocks for some reason but there’s about 80 piles of poop there still.

I love our unit and have had a great experience with the staff. The maintenance however is very slow to get back to any request. Neighbors are inconsiderate of noise levels and the fact that we all live in a shared building
