Heritage at Oakley Square Apartamentos

Things are okay. I just go into the property and the package room was a little overwhelming. Very disorganized, I was supposed to have my mattress delivered here and it looks like the delivery company left it outside the leasing office. Then I went to ask the leasing office if they’d seen it, but even thought they are open, the door sign said “will return in 2 and a half hours”. Not the end of the world unless of course I can’t find my mattress, then I’ll be more upset. Apart from the mail room,... people have leaves broken furniture all around dumpsters looking really messy. I was hoping this place would be more like a young professional apartment complex, but it seems more like a college kid vibe. Lee mas

Good amount of space. Comes with washer and dryer. Electric stove. Balcony. Parking can be challenging is what I heard but so far it hasn’t been that bad

If you want your car and apartment broken into and your car stolen this is the perfect place to move. For the amount of money we pay to live here the lack of security is crazy. There are no cameras and no senses of security when it come to your things and safety. When you complain absolutely nothing happens, no action and no type of accountability.I wish I could give this place negative stars. The apartments are extremely mediocre and the hot water tends to run out a lot. I wouldn’t recommend... living here to my worst enemy. Lee mas

My resident experience at the Heritage has been awesome! I feel safe at this apartment and the location is the biggest draw for me. There are so many places to walk to & if not just a short drive away. Looking forward to another year!

Good place great neighborhood pet friendly needs more parking spaces helpful staff lots to do in the nearby areas Paul is always great to work with on any problems
