Be careful before applying
In order to be placed on a wait list, you have to pay an application and processing fee. They tell you the wait will be 2-4 months, but they will not tell you how many people are on the waiting list. After waiting over 4 months to hear from them, I still have yet to hear anything. The communication has been very poor. Many other complexes will offer a refund or not collect your money if they cannot find you an apartment after 4 months. They are advertising to come by and tour the model unit, but... they do not have any availability-nor will they anytime soon.

The application and administrative fee(s) are paid upon submission of the rental application so all applicants are pre-approved for our waitlist. We do inform... all prospects and applicants that we are 100% occupied and working from a waitlist. We do our best to provide an approximate time that we may have availability; unfortunately, there is no guarantee when an apartment will become available which we also communicate to all applicants.
Availability can change daily as it is dependent upon our current residents and other applicants on the waitlist. Our availability is determined by current residents vacating their suite. We have an amazing community and most residents elect to renew their leases and continue to stay with us. As for applicants on our waitlist, we will notify them by phone and email as soon as we become aware of any openings that meet their preferences.
We do continue to advertise our community and receive new applications daily. Even though we currently do not have availability, we find applicants are very gracious and willing to wait to live here, though we do empathize with applicants like yourself that may need to select other living arrangements if an apartment does not come available within you timeframe. We understand how disappointing it feels not making French Mill your new home!
