Seton Dover I, opened in 1980, features 50 one bedroom apartments that are furnished with... kitchen appliances, air conditioning, forced air gas furnace, padded carpet in the living and bedroom areas and high quality vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath.

Seton Dover II, opened in 1990, features 30 one bedroom apartments and 10 studio apartments that are also furnished with kitchen appliances, air conditioning, forced air electric heat, padded carpet in the living and bedroom areas and high quality vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath as well.

All of our apartments have double sinks with a disposer in the kitchen, electric stoves and ovens, refrigerators with freezers, high rise toilets, grab bars in the tub/shower, call to aid devices in the bathroom and bedrooms, and each unit has their own thermostat to control the heat and A/C.
