We appreciate your patience as we handle urgent maintenance requests. The front... door weather stripping was repaired within a week, and we promptly completed your recent tickets for the toilet, dishwasher, and ice maker. We are aware of the outstanding paint issue and are committed to resolving it as soon as possible. We have maintained regular communication with you and your fiancé about the status of your tickets. Our Property Manager will personally notify you when the remaining work is scheduled. Resident satisfaction is important to us, and we are dedicated to improving your experience.
