Dishonest Management/Team
The Community Manager and the Leasing Consultant were misleading in the application process. They stated it would take 24 to 48 hours and it took almost 6 days to complete the application process. When they finally came back with their desicion they had outdated and incorrect information and were very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Also, when we tried to call them during the posted business hours we had a hard time reaching them to speak to them. Then they send you an email that you... can't reply to. No one should be subject to this type of treatment.
