Quiet but GREAT area!

I have been living in this building for almost 2 months now and I absolutely love it! The studio is the perfect size for me. I used to live in downtown Cleveland. And while location was nice, it was very loud. Living here is SUCH a big upgrade. Still close to downtown but you don’t get the traffic of downtown. The owners of the building (Brian and Dale) are very accommodating. The neighbors are super courteous of others. Does the building need to me modernized a bit? It wouldn’t hurt. BUT. The... all natural hardwood floors are a big bonus. Being this close to Edgewater park is a huge plus too! Close to everything. I almost never drive anymore. CVS, grocery store, gym, Starbucks, bank, my favorite bar…all within walking distance. And Lakewood park is super close too! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
