Colonial Trace Apartments

I regret moving into this property. I moved in without any kitchen appliances. They were supposed to have been installed before I moved in. It took two weeks from my move in date to get the refrigerator, and then another week after that to finally get the stove. I still have bare, live wires sticking out of my wall in my kitchen as a hood was not installed above the stove. My maintenance requests have gone ignored. Phone calls, emails, etc. all go ignored. The property manager is never in the... office. The laundry room, which was open 24/7, is now only open for a few hours a week during the day when no one is home. Lee mas
