Worst apartment ever
The staff and management is a complete joke! Since I’ve bee. Here there has been three different assistance. Maintenance is a joke and they try to blame stuff on you for to the reason as to why things are broken. Don’t even get me started on the parking. The whole assigned parking they sell you is a lie. Thy have signs posted everywhere saying you can’t park there, but people due and they won’t tow the car and if they say they do it’s hours till the towing company gets there and the car is... either gone by then or the towing car is about to leave with the car and then they stop and give the car back and just tell the person to leave. It’s stupid. And the “gated community” is a joke, 10/12 months I was there the gate was wide open and even if it’s closed they say that the timer is set for only one car to go through, but the time really lets 10+ go through. Mind you if a car is leaving the complex both sides of the gate open so people just wait around to get in anyway.

Thank you for the feedback and I'm sorry for your frustrations, particularly with the gate. We had a few instances this past year where the gate was malfunctioning.
With that said, we have overhauled the gate software and added new hardware as well... . This included a microwave emitter that should help reduce the number of times the gate has been hit. I'm happy to report that the gates have worked flawlessly for three months without a single issue.
