Great management place and welcoming place to live. Workers are very welcoming and nice too. Just moved here on the last week of February and have had no issues at all

Expect headaches and false promises. Laundry is also a privilege according to management. The apartments look nothing like the pictures. I was shown that same apartment and after receiving the keys the apartment looks nothing like I was shown.

Deplorable living conditions despite a so called renovated unit. Unsafe, unsanitary and overall disgusting. Filthy hallways, electric components faulty and non working condition and utility rooms are a mess; not to mention broken washer for 4 plus months.

I have lived here 5 years and will be moving at the end of my lease. We have been through three owners in the last three years and the most recent owners seem to be taking away everything that made this a decent place to live. Do not believe the pictures that have been submitted on this site. The majority of the trees have been cut down. What was the party room is now being used as an office for three people. The room that once held packages for residents until they could pick them up is no... longer there. Packages now need to be picked up at the NO post office. The pool is gone. The tennis courts are gone. The exercise room is unavailable because it is being used for storage. Also, some of the amenities that are listed are not in the apartments -- no hardwood floors, disposals are being removed, Formica countertops not granite and the kitchen is too small to be considered an eat-in kitchen unless you eat standing without a table. The price is way too high for what you get and keeps going up. Avoid this place.
