Our professionally created designer interiors showcase two... sophisticated looks with unique touches such as all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 42" cabinets, in-suite laundry rooms, brushed nickel fixtures, soaking bathtubs with tile surrounds and oversized patios and balconies. We also have controlled building access, and garages with access pad and remote. The Clubhouse features a resort-style swimming pool with Baja shelf, fitness center, patio grill and fire pit area, WIFI residents lounge and coffee bar.
Phase II opened June 2020, offering 14 units with upscale luxury designs with unique touches such as: quartz countertops throughout, GE stainless steel appliances, kitchen tile backsplashes, Kohler plumbing fixtures, remote access ceiling fans and custom walk-in closets.

The best Complex in Ohio!

I realized I never wrote a review. I was absolutely in love with the apartment!! I lived there with two other roommates and I wish I could go back but is in high demand, and for good reasons!

First off I saw a lot of bad reviews about the leasing professional Beth. Personally, with the stress of roommate changes and all, she was very patient, polite and I never had any issues. I believe that if anybody has had issues, it was caused by the tenant.

Secondly, the complex is extremely quiet. The... apartments are BY FAR THE BEST in the area, probably the best in all of Ohio in my opinion, completely renovated, we never heard any noise above us or below us (we were in the second floor apartment) open concept, superb kitchen and bathrooms. I could go on and on. Not to mention the view!! From the dog park, You’re able to see Springdale, a bit of downtown cincinnati, parts of Fairfield etc. It’s beautiful at night! If you drive to Springdale, if you know where the complex is located, you can even see your apartment from miles away. The hotel next to the complex makes it easy to spot (weird perk but ehh)

I believe many issues revolving around complexes are noise, leasing professionals, cleanliness and structure of the apartment. The complex I live in at the moment was a temporary adjustment to save a bit of money and with as much of a nightmare it has been, it makes me realize that no other complex can compare to this one. This complex checks all the boxes for 5 stars! With the price, if you can afford living here, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic Resident Experience

The Enclave is a fantastic place to live. I just moved after purchasing a home, after 3 years at the property. It's very new and has many great amenities. The 2 BR apartment I had was very spacious, and reasonably priced compared to other luxury apartments in the area. The pool and clubhouse area are very well kept, and useful.

I only had 2 maintenance related issues in 3 years, both were handled within 24 hours. The property manager Beth is very responsive and everyone at the property was... friendly, and helpful.
