Unimpressive to say the least. Upon moving into a brand new unit, multiple light bulbs burnt out within a month of living there along with various holes and marks of damage signifying careless construction. Secondly, you constantly hear neighbor activity as miniscule as talking and opening and closing cupboards; the walls have no noise cancelation. Even more frustrating, the electrical components of the buildings are very cheap, use of main kitchen appliances cause fuses to blow even after... maintenance tried to fix it on multiple occasions. Prior to leasing, the landlord guaranteed that each of the bedrooms have ethernet cable ports; this is false. My consensus is that these units are not worth the cost. Lee mas
