Ildi and her husband, top notch, prompt responses to any issues throughout my 5 years there. Close to Great Northern, close to Crocker Park, and so many restaurants for dining. Most westlake places charge an arm and a leg because of the location, Westwoods way more affordable. Quiet friendly neighbors made my stay very welcome. No complaints when you shop around the area.

Lived here with my boyfriend and cat from 2019-2023. The manager, Ildi, is very kind, quickly responds to problems, and works hard with her husband to keep the place in good shape. They both live on-site, which is very helpful if any issues arise. The community is safe and people are generally quiet and respectful of each other. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend or family member!

DO NOT MOVE HERE
DO NOT MOVE HERE -This place is a DUMP!! Smells like garbage , they dont clean the carpet they dont fix anything and the management lies and makes false promises.
If got an emergency case and want to move they will not let you move unless you pay the full lease

Llidiko , the manager of the apartment complex has been one of the nicest and kindest of apartment managers I’ve meet to date. My Father 2 of my brothers and Sister and Niece have had apartments there. She has treated everyone of my family as her own. I highly recommend this place for living. I have upmost respect on how they have been to my family over the years, one of my brothers was a tenant for 20 years he loved it so much. (He’d still be living there if he hadn’t passed away) put it like... this…… he’d rather have lived att Westown Gardens then move in with me, and I was his best friend and brother….. I thank Llidko and her husband from the bottom of my heart for all they have done for my family over the years……

I've lived here for 3 years and left just because job change moving out to other state. It's a great environment for both professionals on the go and families as well. It's a nice blend of both. Great neighbors. Maintenance free living at an affordable cost. The pricing is very competitive If you don’t like pets there are pet free buildings
The Property Manager is a true professional who values the needs of her tenants They work tirelessly to make sure your needs are met.. Ildy makes everyone... feel like family.
