Office manager never available and horrible cockroach invasion
Great response time with maintenance, and love the maintenance man however, the property manager is hard to get ahold of and is never around, she even lives at this complex! during our walk through we saw dead roaches in our pantry, refrigerator, and kitchen floor, and when we asked about them she told us they just sprayed the unit and that they would be doing a deep clean before we moved in. The red flag we totally ignored was the cockroaches during the walk-through. When we actually moved in... the same roaches were in the fridge and pantry. The "DEEP CLEANING" was vacuuming in the bedroom and a plug-in air freshener. We saw dirty hand prints on the walls and greasy marks on the doors. We lived here a year and they only sprayed twice with a professional pest company. other times it was the maintenance man who came and sprinkled white powder all over. We were told we would get a new AC unit because our outside unit's line freezes over and it continuously keeps running. All we got was a window unit. Never got a new one like we were told. the piping inside our closet for the air conditioner leaks as well and ruined a sentimental family quilt. Our lights in the kitchen and bathroom just keep flickering. We put in a request to have that fixed but they just changed the light bulb. it's still flickering. It's a quiet community and safe but not worth the hassle. Definitely not worth anything over 750$ for a 1 bedroom.
